Because we care about our clients and based on our honesty and our reliability with the information we provide to our clients, here are the Updated IMO Guide Line Regarding NBDP
IMO has postponed the restricted applying of using MRSS instead of NBDP to 2028, because of the shortage in the production line. However the NBDP solution was removed from the IACS regulations survey forms.
So we recommend to our clients who use NBDP to not repair or replace the NBDP anymore but to change it with MRSS solution such as INMARSAT or Iridium.
