With its own team of engineers, Dolphin Charger™ designs, manufactures and distributes a complete range of robust and intelligent power conversion supplies and solutions for the MARINE market: AC/DC battery chargers, DC/DC boosters, DC/AC inverter/chargers, batteries, battery monitors and HMI as well as accessories such as smart relays, converters and isolators.

At Dolphin Charger™ we deliver efficient and reliable standard products as well as high-end customized equipment. We operate through a worldwide network of 40 B2B distributors in over 25 countries and very actively serve the OEM and ODM segment (naval architects, boatbuilders, shipyards) with our open, tailor-made power solutions.

Our MARINE range meets all supply and conversion needs from recreational use (sailboats, yachts) to semi-professional and professional uses: catamarans, super-yachts, merchant navy, barges, service and passenger boats, heavy-duty workboats, military vessels, quayside cranes…

Since 2017, Dolphin Charger™ products also meet AUTOMOTIVE standards and can be fitted into recreational vehicles (mobile homes, campers, trailers). Its also fitted for any on-road/off-road service vehicle: ambulances, fire trucks, heavy-duty service vans. Along with all-purpose- utility vehicles in the emergency, agriculture, landscaping, forestry and worksite/construction sectors. Dolphin Charger™ products are of course adapted to various INDUSTRIAL uses such as power backup systems, solar and wind energy, airport and facility management.

Dolphin Charger™ units are smart and open: they can be connected to any onboard system through the most widespread protocols (CAN-bus, LIN-bus, NMEA 2000…).

We are the first and only marine power specialist to give a 4-year warranty on most of its range. The Dolphin Charger™ engineering process is ISO 9001 (v2015) certified. Our products go through a rigorous series of tests and controls. In 2015, our Heavy-Duty range of products received DNV-GL Marine Type Approval. Which is one of the highest certifications for the marine industry.

When did Dolphin Charger™ start?

Dolphin Charger™ started operations in 1996 near the shores of the Annecy Lake in the French Alps. We are a proud member of the Eight Lakes Group. Which is a strong independent, financially growing group. Having offices in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Scandinavia, and Taiwan. With over 320 employees the Eight Lakes group generates an annual turnover of more than 170 million euros. The Eight Lakes group also consists of Eltrex Motion, Eltrex France, Eltrex Pro, Aveva Select Benelux, Dolphin and Rodax.
